It is formula contains ingredients to help sooth eyelashes and eyebrows while supporting their resistance to breakage.
Lash Primer creates a solid base of volume and length prior to mascara application, amplifying mascara's effect and helping lashes to look beautiful.
Instructions
Application for treatment benefits:- Apply one or two coats before going to bed or wearing mascara.
- It can also be used for eyebrows.
- Apply one coat and let set for 30 seconds.
- Keep applying coats until the desired volume, length, and separation is achieved
- Always let the lash primer set for 30 seconds in between coats.
- After applying lash primer, apply mascara.
Lash primer is removed automatically with your mascara or can be removed on its own with lots of warm water. Does not require a makeup remover.
